Our team has been working in the luxury resale industry for over 12 years, with experience across Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, contemporary fashion brands, fine jewelry, watches, accessories, and ready-to-wear.
What began as a resale journey in Japan has grown into a cross-border team with experience in Tokyo, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Los Angeles. Over the years, we have served tens of thousands of luxury resale customers through offline retail, online platforms, and live commerce channels.
Our Background
Before launching Encoriel Luxe, our team built deep experience in the Asian luxury resale market.
We have operated across multiple sales channels, including physical retail, livestream commerce, and online resale platforms. In China, our team has worked with a 600-square-meter flagship resale store and has operated livestream sales teams across platforms such as TikTok, Douyin, and Taobao.
This experience has shaped how we select, review, describe, and present each piece.
