At Encoriel Luxe, all sales are final.
Because we sell pre-owned luxury items that are individually sourced, authenticated, photographed, described, and shipped internationally, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review all product photos, descriptions, condition notes, dimensions, included accessories, shipping information, and policy pages carefully before making a purchase.
Final Sale Policy
All items sold by Encoriel Luxe are considered Final Sale.
This means that, unless required by applicable law or approved by Encoriel Luxe in exceptional circumstances, we do not offer:
- Refunds
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Store credit
- Order cancellations after purchase
- Returns due to change of mind
- Returns due to fit, size, weight, color perception, or personal preference
- Returns due to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or delivery delays
Why Our Items Are Final Sale
Each item listed on Encoriel Luxe is a pre-owned luxury piece with its own condition profile, availability, and sourcing process.
Because these items are often one-of-one, internationally shipped, and may include authentication documentation or item-specific handling, we are unable to offer standard return or refund services.
Our product pages are designed to help customers make an informed decision before purchase.
Condition & Product Photos
Product photos and condition notes are part of the item description.
We make an effort to show each item clearly, including visible wear when present. Because all items are pre-owned, natural signs of previous ownership may be present, including but not limited to:
- Light scratches
- Corner wear
- Hardware marks
- Interior marks
- Leather softening
- Shape variation
- Minor discoloration
- Signs of handling or storage
These signs do not qualify for return or refund if they were shown, described, or consistent with the item’s stated condition.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before purchase if they need additional photos, videos, certificate details, measurements, or condition clarification.
Color, Size & Appearance
Product color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, device display, or natural material variation.
Dimensions are provided as approximate measurements and may vary slightly.
These differences do not qualify for return or refund.
Authentication
Selected items may include a third-party authentication certificate or inspection documentation when available.
Authentication methods may vary depending on the brand, model, production year, and available item information.
If a certificate or authentication document is available for a specific item, it will be mentioned or shown on the product page, or may be provided upon request before purchase.
Exceptional Review
In the rare event that you believe the item received is materially different from the product listing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a review, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A detailed explanation of the issue
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.
Encoriel Luxe will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for further action.
Non-Returnable Reasons
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference
- Item does not fit your styling expectation
- Color difference caused by lighting or screen display
- Minor measurement variation
- Pre-owned wear that was shown, described, or consistent with the condition rating
- Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees
- Customs delays
- Shipping delays outside our control
- Failure to read the product description or policy pages
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to collect the package
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, import duties, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Import duties or taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Reshipping fees
- Any loss, damage, or depreciation during return transit
Refunds, if any, will be reviewed only after the item is safely returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in the same condition as originally shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos and videos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The inner packaging
- The item itself
- Any visible damage
Please keep all packaging materials, as they may be required for a logistics investigation.
