Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges are not included in the product price, shipping fee, or checkout total unless clearly stated otherwise.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

After your order arrives in the destination country or region, the carrier, customs authority, or local delivery partner may contact you directly to collect any applicable import charges before delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, return, or disposal of the package.
Encoriel Luxe is not responsible for delays, additional charges, refused delivery, return, disposal, or delivery issues caused by customs clearance procedures or unpaid import charges.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.
We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs, return fees, customs fees, or reshipping fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
Signature Requirement
For high-value items, delivery may require a signature upon receipt.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If delivery fails due to absence, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional fees may apply.
Packaging
All items are packed securely before shipment.
Because our products are pre-owned luxury items, included accessories may vary by item. Product pages will state whether the item includes accessories such as a box, dust bag, card, receipt, certificate, or other materials.

Please keep all packaging materials and photos if the package arrives damaged, as they may be required for a carrier investigation.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, customs issues, incorrect address, or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Import duties or taxes
- Reshipping fees
- Any loss or damage during return transit
Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed after the item is safely returned and inspected.
